Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Blue Ash

Stayed here 2 weeks ago and again this past weekend. LOTS of items still needing maintenance/repair even though front staff was notified 2 weeks ago!! broken pool door, no pool towels, broken pool and fitness center clocks, broken ice machine on the 3rd floor, bathroom light fixture missing in room, room cards stopped working several hours prior to checkout, unfriendly front desk employees during check in, dinnertime, and late night. Wondering what other maintenance issues are lacking.

We got in late and we were leaving early next day. I sit on toilet and bout fell it wasn't fully seated.

I always stay at this hotel for this event. Very nice place and staff.

ˇhe staff was very friendly, the salmon dinner at the lobby restaurant was delicious, and the chef himself stopped by our table for a friendly chat, as did the bartender (who made us an amazing drink). So nice to have such a cheerful reception; we were on our way the next day to Bethesda North Hospital for my husband's surgery--which BTW turned out fine. Thank you for a good stay!

First room had a shower with cracked flooring and no tiles. Not fit for a guest to stay.

Very poor customer service. Reported non-working refrigerator three times. Promised repair or replacement but never happened. In-room coffee service not replenished. TV worked but not with any channels you might want. Must be set up with cheap streaming service with limited program access. Any complaint received with promises of service that never happened.

Stayed here for 4 nights in August 2025 while visiting family. The rooms need an immediate upgrade. Photo from the shower says it all. There is a whirlpool tub next to the King bed, which had standing water in it. A blinking blue light signal was coming from the Amana AC unit, which meant service was required, we covered it up at night. No AC or the AC was turned off in the hallway on the 2nd floor, in AUGUST! Stains in the carpet right outside the elevator on 2nd floor. Not the way to make a 1st impression. This place is crushing Hilton's reputation. I'm a Hilton Gold level member, sign in the breakfast area says Platinum and Gold members get a $10 credit towards breakfast, not all staff at the hotel understands how this works. Check your bill for this and other charges. Breakfast ends at 10 AM, but in the picture above taken at 12.36 PM someone's breakfast was still sitting on the table in the breakfast area/lobby. There is no on-site restaurant. A front desk clerk walked right passed it and kept going! Current rating on TA is 4.1, but the last 10 reviews average 2.1. John and Pete in the breakfast area do a good job. Room refresh on Wednesday AM was very good. My son, who had his own room, said it best, "you can tell that they don't reinvest in their hotel." STAY AWAY if you wish to have an enjoyable getaway.

Fire alarm went off shortly after we adjusted the fan! The carpet was duety
