The staff here is very accommodating. The bar is small but good; we were confused by the breakfast menu and pricing. Two different options and prices for the same menu items you would receive complimentary at other hotels at this price point. The furniture, pillows and especially the bathrooms are in need of a serious update. It all seemed as tired as I was after our busy weekend! Our bathroom had some mold issues. The lobby had some filthy chairs. There are some restaurants within walking distance. They serve “dinner” in the lobby, but only one option all weekend. The snack area was well stocked and had good variety. Has some nice seating outside, but no umbrellas like seen in the hotel photos.

Stayed here 4 times for multiple days over the last 12 months. Gold member, so when we checked in recently, ( no overhead light in the bathroom - just wires hanging, tableside lamp broken, tub faucet broken, ice machine broken), we knew this was our last time there. Breakfast is just idiotic, and cold coffee as well. Clearly nobody cares. Appreciated the irony of the picture in the elevator, "Anything wrong, we'll make it right!" Sure.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2022 while overseeing a project, and over time it became my home away from home. I became a loyal guest, getting to know the wonderful staff who made each stay enjoyable. Since then, I’ve returned for business at least five times per year. In 2024, however, there was a dramatic change in staffing. None of the familiar, friendly faces remain. Instead, there’s now a constant rotation of male concierges wearing dirty, wrinkled shirts and showing no personality or warmth. The facilities were never the hotel’s strongest point, but its quiet, central location and consistently warm service made up for it. Sadly, that warmth and consistency are now gone.

Toilet didn’t work, rooms where subpar for the rate we paid, staff spoke a different language in front of us. Won’t be back.

The WiFi wouldn’t stay connected and they didn’t clean my room. Other than that, it was great.

The first room has a big red stain in the bedroom. Tub has rust stains on the top where sealant is broken. Moved to second room. Card keys did not work, very hard getting into the room. Smoke detector and iron are missing. The bath tub faucet needs to be tightened. There's a big nasty stain with white stuff on the couch. You can tell it's never been cleaned. Had to pay extra money on top of the $16 per day if I wanted specialty breakfast. Hilton family or corporation needs to invest money into the rooms. Bring the rooms up to date, get rid of nasty couches, and stained carpets.

Check in was fine. I had a dinner to go to last night so I didn’t spend a lot of time until I return back from dinner. I went to use the bathroom and I was shocked about the conditions of the shower!!!! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It look like construction was going on with the yellow caution tape. I figure I would just take a bath. I turned on the hot water and nothing. Lukewarm at best. I called down to the front desk and the rep asked me questions then he said he would have maintenance take a look at it. I waited. No response. I tried the water again it was still cool to lukewarm. I couldn’t take a shower or a bath and now I will have to take a shower a Planet Fitness before I get back on the road. No one at the front desk ever called me back to say anything. I was too frustrated to say anything this morning once I checked out because I would have not been too nice. I have stayed at this location before and didn’t have any issues. But I won’t stay again.
