But the hotel is in a bad state. It needs renovation. Very dirty rooms, cockroaches everywhere. Think twice before booking this hotel.

Had a peaceful overnight stay at Mahaweli Reach. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the riverside setting was beautiful. Great food and a relaxing pool area. Would definitely come back!
