Campanile Swindon

Staff were attentive, the room was clean and had everything i needed.

Sadly the hotel is tired and dated. It has all the facilities you would expect, however the room, whilst clean and a good size, needed refurbishment - the carpet was very badly stained, furniture missing bits of trim, bathroom tired, TV not working properly. This I could live with, however the bed was so uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep. It was a poor quality sprung mattress where the springs stuck into you, and getting a night's sleep is a basic requirement of staying in any hotel. The saving grace was a good breakfast and friendly staff.

Stayed one night, hotel adequate, no frills, very basic. Good for the price paid. Lift not working. That said, will stay again when in Swindon.

The staff service was very good and very helpful. Shower was not great difficult to adjust water temperature. Rust in bath tub and most of the area in toilet and room

The stay was great just didn't have a fridge in my room.

The hotel is doll and run down I’m disabled and they put me on the top floor and the lift don’t work the room I was in had a door that led to another room and the other room was smashed to peaces the floor is so dirty and the ceiling were fulling apart the price for this hotel really ain’t worth it

Basic budget hotel which was OK for short stay. Have to pay for parking and the lift wasnt working when we were there and we were on top floor. Ceiling damage in corridors from a leak or something that hadnt been fixed

All good, except small bath, and Swindon its self is a miserable place!

Good value although lift not working. Didn't exoect to oay for parking.

The lift wasn’t working so we had to cart our large suitcases up stairs, the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was hard. The room was clean enough and the shower was good. Parking was easy.
