The entertainment crew was top tier!

The maintenance crew was inconsiderate and apparently too busy to be tasked with fixing a clogged toilet...not once but two times

The waitresses for the most part were the nicest

We were there 5 days and our fridge was restocked once. One day housekeeping came after we had been out all day and wanted to rest a little, she couldnt clean our room with us it so we had to leave in order to get our room serviced. The toilet flushed sometimes. We had an iron with no ironing board. We kept the ac on beca it was hot but no real blanket to sleep under when it got cold, turn off the ac and it gets hot again. Our room keypad stopped working when we returned from breakfast and we had to wait for someone for longer than 30mins after the housekeeper and my husband let the front desk know. It took me going to the front desk in order to get someone there.

The all inclusiveness of it all and how available everything was. I was able to book excursions directly from the hotel.

There was nothing much to not like.

The location was close to the airport and within walking distance to shops and fast food options. The pools were nice and clean.

The customer service was terrible. Iโ€™ve traveled to many resorts and have never been treated so poorly. The bartenders made it seem like you were bothering them and the support staff were very rude and short with their responses. When voicing complaints or concerns, no one ever said โ€œIโ€™m sorry for thatโ€ or โ€œhow can I make things better.โ€ They simply repeated their response and expected you to deal with it and get out of their face. The food was bland and the drinks were severely watered down. We drank champagne, took shots, and had mixed drinks for 8 hours straight and none of us ever got a buzz.

The staff was very good.

The slimy seaweed in the water where everyone is relaxing. I have been to many Caribbean resorts never have experienced this. I will not be returning.
