Hotel Riu Montego Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Excellent facilities and very clean with amazing staff. I had an excellent oceanfront view of the ocean, absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing and very responsive to our needs.

The food was average, wasn't as great as the RIU in Aruba. There was not a large selection of fruits and the juice was watery. The beach chairs did not have umbrellas attached to the chairs. I think they can learn a little from the RIU in Aruba. The gift shop cashier was rude and decided to keep our change. When asked, she said they did not have change. My response was, so instead of informing us, you decided to keep it.

Location for breakfast was fine. However some of the food stations could have been managed better.

I spent three nights and the food became monotonous after a while.

This was my first all-inclusive experience and it was pretty enjoyable! Firstly, staff are very friendly and helpful. The bartenders seemed grouchy at times but I don’t blame them. The hotel itself is very clean but be prepared for a cockroach or two if you’re on the ground floor. Not the hotels fault, just easy for them to get in. The food is average with the Italian restaurant being the best quality in my opinion. The beach is nice but small and yes, there will be guys in kayaks trying to sell souvenirs and weed but they’re respectful if you turn them down. There is ample seating both beachside and poolside. Overall this is a very nice resort BUT if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway this probably isn’t for you. It’s very lively with a big party atmosphere and it’s loud late into the night hours. If you’re looking to party then this is the best choice! My only complaint is the temperature of the pools. They are very warm and not refreshing, especially in the hot Caribbean sun.

Beautiful place, shop to expensive and staff inside were not friendly at all Jo good customer service skills but overall the stay and the staff at the hotel were amazing especially at the restaurants and and some bar tenders. Definitely planning another trip there.
