Absolutely fabulous break, relaxing, grest food, great food, Jade and Jordan the managers with their staff teams could not do more for you!! Hotel cleanliness extremely good where ever you went and our room was fab and that was overlooking the car park Brilliant stay, going to do as much as possible for a chillout

The building was splendid. The staff were extremely welcoming & kind! They went the extra mile & were so thoughtful with any additional help they could give. The views & food were amazing. Everywhere was beautifully laid out & clean. They have roaring log fires where one can sit with a glass of wine & a magazine. The rooms are spacious & luxurious. An amazing hotel I would higly recommend & stay in again!

I love traditional properties with open fires, so this was perfect for me

Unless you’re in the building, there isn’t any phone signal at all just Wi-Fi once in the building

Beautiful setting and lovely building. Rooms were spacious and the communal spaces are comfortable and welcoming

Could be a greater choice of vegan food on the menu but this isn’t solely a Dales Hotel issue, this is still a problem in the majority of places I eat

"Welcoming and a beautiful clean room"

This was such a lovely hotel. I was very impressed by my room. Clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Well cooked and the produces were top quality. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for me.

Booking process and welcoming on arrival all very smooth and friendly. Staff were excellent. The location was superb.

A wider menu choice in particular for Vegans and Vegetarians would be welcome. I appreciate the challenges of an older property but every time the neighbours used the bathroom or put the extractor fan on we could hear it, given what a wonderfully quiet location the hotel is in, the internal disturbance at night and early morning was a bit disappointing - to be clear, the neighbours didn't make a noise, but the internal plumbing did!
