Holiday Inn Haydock M6 Jct23 by IHG

everything was excellent, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would have liked a small pizza option it was delicious but too big for one. although offered a box but did not fancy keeping it overnight.

Currently staying at the Holiday Inn, Haydock. The staff are absolutely amazing and cannot do enough for you. I’m here with my 7 year old daughter and we keep returning as all of the staff are so kind to her, play with her and make sure all of our needs are met. I stay in the area a couple of times a month and cannot find a more accommodating and friendly hotel. Especially for the price. Would 💯 recommend 👌👍🥰

We booked the Holiday Inn at Haydock for a businesss meeting and would all like to thank Jackie for looking after us, she went above and beyond her job role (making us homemade cookies for an afternoon snack and a beautiful lunch). Jackies customer service skills are fantastic. If you are looking for a meeting venue in the area I can recomend the Holiday Inn, Haydock, close to the motorway and brilliant staff.

I stay here regularly as it’s convenient but the staff are lovely (especially Jackie who works at breakfast- she’s actually become a friend) Parking is easy and breakfast quality is really good

Stayed last weekend and can’t fault the hotel. Excellent for the races as it avoids all the hassle of trying to get away from the crowds at the end of the day/night. Clean and nice shower. Rooms quiet even though the hotel was busy. Can’t comment on the food as we drove straight home the following morning

I booked the premium room on the basis it was one double bed but ended up with 2 single beds which I am not pleased about

Service from all staff with whom we interacted from the front desk, the bar to the dining room was outstanding. Quality of food was excellent.

Nice stay, friendly staff. I used the restuarant twice. On both occassions I didn't get what I had ordered. The staff were friendly and did what they could to resolve it on both occassions.

The room was fairly clean, beds comfy and shower power good. On the other hand there was a wedding party going on and the hotel staff didnt seem to be able to handle so many guests. The breakfast was a caos, which resulted in a lot of waiting for food and service. The morning after was much better, service good and no waiting I asked for the room to be cleaned and that failed. That did affect my experience
