You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. Please note that this property requires a refundable security bond of $300 to be charged at check-in on your arrival, the bond would be refunded on your departure date if there is no any damage, breakage or loss in the unit. Usually, it will take 2 to 3 business days depending on the bank transaction time and then, the bond would be back to your indicated card account. The property will provide each booking one time of linen, start kit and cleaning pack for free, extra requests or items will charge a fee.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Host was very helpful especially when there was an issue with the shower. It was lovely, clean and perfect for my required time on the Gold Coast.

I didn't like having a small fridge or no cooking appliances.

The pool was lovely

Our room had a lot of faults, the shower didn’t work properly - more water came out of top of the shower Jean than the actual shower. The shower was dirty and mouldy and the floor was damaged. The tap pressure was very ordinary. We stayed for a week and were provided with one small dishwashing detergent and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. No additional pillows provided, no new towels - it was all very basic and lacking with the basics. The power points were loose and the windows did not close. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in, it was like sleeping on an ensemble base with no top mattress.

Not a lot, check in was tedious, they even used a ruler to tear pages in half, took a lot longer than any other check in I have ever done.

Traffic noise, no free wifi in 2025, and the cost of having it was more for a week than I pay for a month of everything including phone in NZ. They also took a $300 deposit on my credit card to be refunded within3 working days of checking out, it took a week to the day before it appeared in my bank account. Everything was very minimal, salt and pepper shakers provided, but nothing in them, 1 small cake of soap for a week, a very small piece of dish cloth, 1 sachet of dish washing liquid for a week long stay.
