Susesi Luxury Resort

Our family of 5 enjoyed a fantastic break with Susesi team. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The kids club was brilliant for our two younger boys and our teenage son really enjoyed the rifle range. Great food and drinks too. Thanks for a lovely week Susesi Team

We are just about to leave the Susesi luxury resort and we must say it has been an amazing experience. The hotel was very quiet but that didn't mean bars were closed or food stations cut back. We still had the full experience. The team of staff have been attentive, relaxed and happy to please the whole of our visit. So thank you. It was all very much appreciated. You made us feel like royalty. The only tip I would give is for there to be a heated outdoor pool and more access to pool side beds for the sunny days. Even in February as your cool days feel like summer to us. So it would be lovely to lay out in the sun even fully clothed. But that is just a personal niggle. The Jones family.

My son is autistic it was lovely and peaceful for him, nothing was to much trouble, everyone went above and beyond for his needs. The rooms were very clean and the cleaners came daily to support which was a great help with small children. My only down fall was the shop on sight is so over priced charged me £30 for a packet of nappies and some baby wipes to expensive for essentials. However my overall experience of the hotel the staff and the service - flawless, would highly recommend!

It was another life experience for me at Susesi Luxury Resort, the warm welcoming from the receptionist, so supportive and always ready to help. The restaurant was top notch, not just a meal but a healthy and nourish food. I also experienced my first 2 days of Ramadan fasting and I had no reason to feel not being at home. Susesi is just a home like home, I will recommend this hotel to anyone for vacation and lodging.

Wonderful meal to celebrate my dear friend Olam-D’s 50th birthday. The meal was great catering for all our very diverse tastes and needs. Compliments to the Chef and her team at Cassia for a wonderful meal and celebration.

a short comment about our experience of our 4 days of New year in hotel Its our second time and its still always excellent hotel in all regards without comments The personals super friendly from A to Z. The gala was incredibly fabulous (presentation,dinner,drinks,event,service...) and i would 100% say it's safe recommendation u wouldn't regret it here My best regards to (Mr Caglar bayraci) And (Ms Seda) for such good service quality 😊 Joux

Everything was perfect! Lovely people, very staff and great accommodations. Food was delicious, as well as all the drinks.

We had a great stay at the hotel for the NY's Eve celebration. The staff considered every deatil of the stay so that the guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Great choice of food, rooms were very cosy, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was super cute that there were cats at the hotel. The Spa center was good and we spent a lot of time there. New Year's Eve celebration was organised so well there was something for every taste. Really impressed by the cocktail before the Gala dinner. The only thing was there was no fireworks display organised by the hotel. But the party was super even without the fireworks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Selenay from guests relations! We look forward to visiting Susesi again soon! :)
