Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa

I came here on business (the GPhA Convention), and brought my family for a vacation. We stayed at the Beachwood Villas. First, the conference center was updated, clean, and very nice. The staff were fantastic at setting up the catering, meeting spaces, etc. The food was good, and the atmosphere was appropriate. The grounds are well manicured. The villas were a nice option for a family of four. Located a short walk from the private beach, it was also near the pool. The campus has many decent dining options as well. We will likely return next year for GPhA, and may upgrade to beachfront.

Omni Resort at Amelia Island is an amazing facility-so many choices of restaurants, on the beach and exceptional staff. Loved having the choices of restaurants and not having to leave the property. Will definitely stay again.

Terrible service and customer service. Told at booking that if we wanted “guarantee” connecting rooms for our 3 young children, we had to pay a connecting room fee. When we arrived they booked us in as if nothing was wrong. After carrying all our luggage up 2 rooms that WERE NOT CONNECT, we called down to the front desk to get it sorted. After that put us in hold for an entirety, we gathered our reservation info and walked all the way back to the front desk. Kevin, with guest services, tried to act as if there was no connecting room fee shown. When we produced the reservation showing the connecting room fee, he took the paper back to his manager. The manager came out and offered no help, just an apology and a promise to look for connecting rooms “tomorrow” on a fully booked weekend.

We had a great experience. Loved the resort, lots to do if you want to be active, and it you want to rest you can do that too! Pet friendly!

This is a great resort. The staff are amazing, kind and helpful. The beach was beautiful with activities for all members of the family. So many choices for restaurants and the food was high-quality and well prepared. From the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers, everyone was great. There are a. variety of restaurants and activities from golf, tennis, Pickleball. A great coffee shop was available. it is close to town. I strongly recommendthis resort, especially for families.

Exceptional experience and everyone there is truly happy and ready to help however they can to ensure your experience is the best! Such a gift to be there for the time we were and eager to go back!!!!

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed resort with something for everyone. The resort is huge so guests have plenty of room to find the activity that suits them. Gorgeous ocean views from spacious balcony. Hotel rooms large and comfortable and very clean. In room dining experience was super fast and delicious food. The walking trails are beautiful with lovely landscaping and water elements throughout. The beach is wide and clean and not overcrowded. It was a wonderful and relaxing getaway and one that we plan to do again. Highly recommend.

McKenna was our server at the Marche Burette for the steak out dinner. Our only complaint was that there were not 2 or 3 of her. She was amazing, courteous and kind. She was attentive to our needs. Thank you for making our dinner memorable!

Rented a suite, $1K plus per night. Room was nice, clean, but nothing special. Opening the drapes to the balcony, gorgeous view of pool and ocean along with elderly couple burning up some Marlboro's mere feet away LOL !! So much for ANY kind of privacy. King size bedding was "lumpy" and we couldn't sleep. I've never had to pay for a chair at a pool, I can understand a fee for beach rentals. There's way better options than this for that kind of $$$ .. Never again..
