Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa

Omni is a nice place but as a luxury resort kind of missing the mark. Service in some areas were great but there were vast inconsistencies across the board. I think $75 for a beach lounger is outrageous when you are already paying a resort fee of $50 per day. $25 to self park your car in a grimy parking garage does not say luxury resort to me. The grounds are lovely and the beach access is incredible. They should set a quiet time of 10 pm because having to shut down a raging party next to my room at midnight is inappropriate. The shower pressure was at a trickle and the toilet was in poor working order.

Very impressed with the resort! The food and drinks were delicious at every place we tried. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend Omni Amelia Island!

Food and drinks at the lobby bar were great and so was the breakfast at florabelle. Had planned on spending the day with my friend by Grabbing drinks by the pool and walking the beach But ended up checking out early because the front desk and security gate could not communicate properly. I had to do mental gymnastics every time I went back to my room because they were doing some kind of construction, which blocked off the elevators. Two of the employees gave me directions, and both of them said with their own words that it was confusing and both of their directions were wrong. Literally in the middle of the night, they would block off corridors that were blocked off previously and wouldn’t even put up any instructions on where to go to get where you need to be. I will never stay at this hotel again. I’ve been gifted a stay here yearly for Mother’s Day/my birthday weekend so I was super confused at the drop in quality. My advise is check out the spa but splurge for the ritz down the street!

The Omni resort is a great spot for vacation or business events. The hotel is secluded which gives it a private feel. There were several amenities on the resort including food and convenience items. The beach and pools were not crowded like many places. Highly recommended.

What made our stay especially memorable was booking directly through Amelia Island Getaways, which gave us access to a beautiful resort villa and townhome. The hospitality from their team was genuinely exceptional — warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. We have to give a special shoutout to Summer and Wesley Joseph, the owners of Amelia Island Getaways, whose attention to detail was truly remarkable. From the booking process through checkout, their care and commitment to making our family feel at home was evident at every turn. Booking direct meant we had full access to everything the Omni Resort has to offer, and we took full advantage of it. One of the undisputed highlights of our trip was a visit to the Nature Center, where we had the pleasure of being guided by Liam. Honestly? I enjoyed the tour even more than the kids did — and that’s saying something. Liam has a rare gift for connecting with guests of every age, effortlessly adjusting his pacing and explanations to hold the attention of even our 1.5-year-old. His love and passion for the animals was infectious, and his special bond with Gophina the Gopher Turtle was genuinely heartwarming to witness. Liam is a true ambassador for Amelia Island and its natural beauty — the kind of staff member who turns a good vacation into an unforgettable one. While we stayed in a private villa and townhome through Amelia Island Getaways rather than the hotel itself, we dined at the Omni several times throughout our trip and were consistently impressed. The food, service, and atmosphere made it a go-to for our family, and it added a wonderful dimension to our overall experience.

We had a great experience overall. The bartender at The Seaglass, Deborah, was exceptional! She was friendly, knowledgeable and provided an unforgettable experience for the 3 days we were there. Would go back just to have her make us drinks again!
