"Treat yourself it’s worth it"

What a stunning place and quit easy to get to from Tokyo by Romance Car and Hakone Tozan railway . beautiful from a bygone era but extremely well maintained and staff lovely . We stayed in a forest wing room which was spacious and lovely and very quiet . food at Kikkaso was lovely and Breakfast was good in the main dining room

Didn’t realise had to have swimming caps in the indoor pool but they do sell them at the hotel shop . Onsen on the 6th floor beautywith views

施設も良かったが、スタッフのみなさんの挨拶がとても気持ち良かった

朝食のサラダの葉っぱが食べにくい。テーブルにドレッシングが飛ばないよう、とても気を使った。きゅうりなどは薄く切りすぎでフォークに刺さらない。残すのも悪いし、朝からストレスでした。

"A very nice hotel with a great environment"

The staff is very good, the welcoming and the interaction with the staff was excellent, the room is nice, the beds are very comfortable but the shower is small, the garden is amazing , the Victoria bar is very pleasant and the atmosphere is very good

I expected the western breakfasts meals to be better, the portions were small
