Firstly don’t take room around the “Grand Pool”. They scam you with a swamp breeding mosquito. Extremely unhygienic and they don’t give mosquito repellent.

This hotel is perfectly situated for the beach and restaurants and bars in the day and evening. It’s peaceful and the staff are just so so lovely, As are all the Thai people we have come across I was a little concerned when I saw some recent reviews but I have no idea how anyone could say the staff were rude . I’d stay here again in an instant. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day and the buffet breakfast was really good. Happy hour cocktai on the beach front watching the sunset and the long tail boats go by was a nice little routine we got into. You won’t be disappointed, it’s just lovely

I recently stayed at Krabi Resort and honestly, it felt like a little slice of paradise. We booked the Tropical Pool Villa, and walking into the room for the first time was one of those “wow, this is unreal” moments. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing tropical vibe. The private pool and sunbathing area were the highlight for me. Waking up, stepping straight outside, and having our own peaceful space to swim and lounge in the sun was absolute luxury. The resort itself is huge, so the buggy transport was a lifesaver and super convenient. There are also two outdoor pools, both great if you want a change of scenery, but the real magic is the private beach right at the back of the villa area. Being able to walk out and see the sea just steps away, especially during sunset, was something special. Quiet, beautiful, and not overcrowded. Would definitely go back 💛🌴

Cancel if you can Booked a Luxury Grand Pool Room, it was anything but Luxury, Bed linen was oils and worn out with holes in, The curtains and walls were filthy with dead flies squashed in them , the patio had a view of a man made stream that was nearly dried up except for the sewage that was pumped into it regularly which of course smelt horrendous so we couldn’t sit out there or have door , the view was overgrown trees and bushes full of mosquitos , the patio furniture was old and worn out , the whole room smelt of mould and was dark and dingy The breakfast area reminded me of a scout camp We did complain but was tol it was full and no other apartments available

Apartment was old smelt musty and damp very dark Stained curtains and cushions stained worktops. Patio had dirty cushions was by pipes stunk of sewage And that was the luxury room 😩 Breakfast not brilliant very cheap no flavour. Only good thing was location and beach.

Horrible experience. We paid for the Luxury Grand Pool view room and received a room with no view on 1st floor and nothing like the photo depicted on your website. After speaking with representatives they moved me to two other rooms which also did not look like the photos online. When asked where that room was, no one had an answer and said "it was under construction". It was obvious the resort was way over booked with numerous people complaining they did not get the room they paid for. Once we had to settle in a room which looked like the basic deluxe room with a pool view, it had numerous issues. I did not even waste my time trying to address it, but you should be aware. The safe had no batteries and was not working, chair was broken, remote control had electrical tape, shower was rusty, and roaches everywhere etc. The photos online on their website of the rooms are very deceiving and not accurate. The resort is very outdated and needs serious renovation. The only positive is the location, which is on beach and walking distance to everything. Save your money and go somewhere else, or you will be disappointed.

Writing this review while being in the resort…from the the point of landing…the checking experience was pathetic as the checkin time was given 2 pm though we landed at 12 so we waited till 2 however till 3:30 we were tortured to allocate room. Post checkin we ordered whisky glasses and after much follow up the same was sent after 55 min….day 2 post room cleaning which was average the water bottle was kept only 1 inspite if knowing 2 adults and 13 yr old child is staying…on calling was told delivering balance 2 bottles in 5 min…its now 100 min no one has bothered ti send the water bottles….My suggestion don’t spend such hefty amount for stay here as the food is average and service is pathetic… in the same vicinity so will get get far better place to say with half the cost

Arrived last night to a lovely festively decorated hotel entrance. Check in was quick, no welcome drink but okay. Room immediately disappointed with a must damp smell on entry. Tired looking and not at all like the pictures on the website. The requested double bed was two singles pushed together and no attempt to make into a double bed- even single bed covers. Damp on walls was noticeable and the outside terrace looked neglected and shabby. Furniture was old and added to the shabby feel of the place. Next morning, breakfast was only average. Juice was good and fresh cooked eggs and toast filled us. Other options were only lukewarm and didn’t look fresh. The hotel is in a great place to enjoy the busyness of Ao Nang and the beach but the lack of maintenance to keep rooms and grounds fresh makes it very difficult to recommend. Prices are high in the peak season but I’m sure there are much better options in the area for the price we paid here.

Been here twice before and it’s always a little shambolic. It was a little better this time. Our room wasn’t ready until 3pm and there were a few people all waiting on rooms so don’t arrive early. We had a poolside room this time which was fine apart from a bit of drain smell. Breakfast is not too bad, glad to see they have 4 coffee machines and several toasters so no waiting around. Drinks at the bars are a little overpriced so not many people using them. 2 very nice pools that have been refurbed since our last visit with fresh paint and new loungers, they are both great. Biggest problem this time was housekeeping which was great in the past. Our room was never cleaned before 4pm sometimes closer to 5pm. Most days I had to go find them to get coffee and on one day for towels as they only left 2 hand towels. When I asked she said they had run out! She did manage to give me clean pool towels instead so we used these. Best thing about this hotel is its in a great location- quiet yet right in the thick of it. I would still recommend as long as you are prepared for some blips.

This place was amazing, service, views, serene and beautiful! We had an ocean view villa with our own pool. The pool had a water feature that added so much to the view. I 100% recommend to stay here
