Staff very helpful and pleasant, sorted any issue straight away. cleanliness very good especially on crockery and cutlery. Breakfast good and service excellent

the shower and having the brewing facilities

the cleanliness there was mould in the bathroom and by the windows and the corridors weren't great either the rubbish area door was open as well
