Liked the accommodation, we have stayed there before,.

We stayed for 2 nights, Monday - Wednesday. Guests checked in just after we got back they were really noisy, they came downstairs and checked the facilities, banging doors - toilet and shower room plus the front door. On Tuesday night the guests upstairs were extremely noisy - right up to about 12.15, going up and downstairs, slamming the side door and talking outside our French doors - coming in laughing and carrying on - at one point I shouted that there was other guests here but nothing changed. When we left today there was no one that we could talk about these issues, to say that we were disappointed is an understatement.

Liked its location. And being able to park. The beach was a short walk and Edinburgh was a short bus ride. Perfect.

The only issue was the noise of the other guests getting up very early in the morning. But nothing you can do about that.

Good location but although the property was absolutely fine, it was expensive. To be fair though other hotels were a lot more expensive in this period. Shame on the hotel trade

Cost

Good size bed, was two singles together not a king size bed. Nice bathroom. Good location for our trip. Around 15 mins into town. We were early and they allowed us to check in early, also provided extra pillows at request.

Room was pretty small, fine for one night. Had to ask for extra pillows as only 1 provided which was very flat. No full length mirror. You can hear others coming in and out and in their rooms a fair bit. Tea/coffee/fridge is all shared downstairs.
