Nice and clean room. Bus stop to the city center close to the property. Parking available on site for few cars and free parking possible on nearby streets.

Bathroom not being en-suite. Only 1 pillow each so that made sleeping uncomfortable. The tea and coffee cups were never replaced, so we had to take them across the landing and wash them in the bathroom sink

Room to small, front door left open because it was hard to close, towels not replaced after first day, bathroom door had to be slammed to shut it, room way to small, no wardrobe, side table next to bed tiny, only only power point available in main room, none in the bathroom , bin in the common area not emptied at the end of second day, staff not around to communicate to. Walls very thin, we could here other rooms conversations

I was gladly surprise after reading some of the reviews. Place was really nice and comfy!! Staff was really helpful even as we arrived late at night.

It Is a little far from the city center, but it is well conected with the city center.

Honestly, everything is great.

The bathroom was good. The room was clean. The location was close to a bus stop but there was nothing else good about it.

Beware if you want a good night's sleep. We were in room 13 downstairs under a floor above with wooden floors that made the people above us sound like a herd of elephants. As they were late to bed and early to rise we put up with a lot of noise. To add to that the tea and coffee station is shared with other rooms outside the door and people made a lot of noise late at night and early morning. Ear plugs did nothing to block it out. The dining room was nothing like the photos. We could not make our breakfast as there were no bowls and utensils. The microwave and fridge were in separate buildings. The parking wasn't as advertised. There were only a few spaces NOT one per room and you could easily get blocked in. Street parking was full so we had to park in the High School across the road. The room view was also not as advertised. We looked straight onto a car that never moved and washing on a fence.
