"Excellent"

We were very late due to an accident on the main road approx about 70milesfrom the hotel. We could not move as the road was closed for 12 miles. We phoned the hotel when they replied and said don't worry you can arrive anytime.that was great and they stayed up to let us in after midnight. Very very nice.

"Quiet and spacious in lovely country neighborhood"

We loved the country location. Very convenient to visit Rothenburg de ober Tauber yet out of the busy areas. It is of course an older property but we love the more unique places to stay. Our top floor suite was lovely and spacious as well it had a full living area with kitchen which we did not need to use on this overnight stay. Excellent value and the breakfast was very nice as well. A car is a must however as it is out in the country.

"Old World Charm"

Stayed for one night on our road trip through Germany. We thought this was great, a guest house for the last 200 years including creaky floorboards with modern conveniences. No language issues as we only have English. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is very charming and close by as there's not much in the village location.

"This is a nice hotel in rural community (Pop. 300)"

This hotel is a good choice if you want a clean modern room in a building constructed in 1776. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was delicious with many choices. There is a church with the typical bell across the street. which chimes on the quarter hour. This was not a problem, just an addition to the charm. There is a good restaurant within 1/2 mile.
