Hotel & Spa La Mansión del Burro Azul

There was street construction going on when we got there, which made us a bit wary, but the hotel is delightful . The place is so pretty we took pictures of it! Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is not far from a delightful plaza. I'd stay here again!

Small and warm hotel. Each room is different, clean and nice with artisan soap and shampoo. You can go to the center walking only a few minutes. The rooms face a common patio, and there may be noise on busy days, however, it is a hotel worth trying

Beautiful and cozy mansion .The stuff is very nice helpful and welcoming...They make u feel very comfortable and treat u as a queen.The breakfast is delicious..the rooms are very clean.Not to miss the spa..oh!!!very calming and relaxing.U won't feel like staying in a hotel but like it's your own casa.The location is great .close to the historical downtown.

Nice Hotel. They have no parking. Have to look for a place to leave the automobile. Pay police a ticket for parking in front of hotel.

I arrived in Queretaro with my wife and daughters AND our dog. From the moment we arrived we were kindly greeted by the host, and their reception made us feel right at home. We were given a very nice and ample double room with nice and comfortable beds and plenty of space. The room amenities were nicely chosen and of very good quality. The hotel's location was very convenient. Only downside is that parking was a little far, or you could leave your car on the street and the neighbors aren't too happy with that. However, parking is a frequent issue with most of Queretaro's downtown hotels. Aside from the wonderful room and hotel ambience and decoration, the breakfasts there are the HIDDEN GEM. Home cooked breakfast served fresh every morning by a lady that perfects home-style Mexican breakfasts, fresh squeezed juices. Amazing. My wife had a spa session there one afternoon and walked out renewed. Overall a great experience, we all loved it. Even Luka, our miniature schnauzer. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Queretaro. Value, comfort, service and food. All around greatness.

I spent five nights at this charming hotel. Great location, great value. I was trying to improve my Spanish and every single person working at the hotel went out of their way to be friendly and helpful to me.
