"Get AC at the lobby and hall ways"

Room was clean and comfortable

The common areas have a severe AC problem… there is no AC at all at any of the common areas. I was good as I was chilling but I saw girls sweating at the lobby and elevators who were clearly at events celebrations. That was vey uncomfortable.

HORRIBLE COFFEE AT BREAKFAST. HORRIBLE. WEAK LIGHT BROWN WATER DISGUISED AS COFFEE. PUT 1Tsp OF HALF AND HALF and turned the coffee pure white. TERRIBLE COFFEE IN ROOM AS WELL. NO BLACK OR CAFFEINATED TEA AT BREAKFAST JUST HERBAL. NO BLACK OR CAFFEINATED TEA IN ROOM AS WELL. I WAS TOLD THE HOTEL HAD COMPLETELY RUN OUT. REALLY???? Had to go to Starbucks and pay 8bucks. NOT ACCEPTABLE. ESPECIALLY FOR A HYATT. SHOUDA GONE TO MOTEL 6.

"An excellent homebase while visiting Richmond"

This hotel has a great location in a mall complex. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Parking is easy. The hotel lobby and bar area are very beautiful and inviting. There is an outside area that also looked beautiful and relaxing, but it rained every day we were there so we did not go out. It was quiet in our room and lively in the bar area as it should be. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and very clean.

"Go, just for the bartender, Shari"

The bartender, Shari, is worth staying here. She knows her stuff, is friendly, welcoming, funny and kind. A++ employee. The hotel is clean, room was nice with full size fridge, microwave, apartment size stove and dishwasher. HVAC leaves something to be desired. If you raise the temp, not only does a/c go off, heat comes on! Weird. Even w thermostat off it came on
