ERUS SUITES HOTEL BORACAY

Not a recommended stay. From arrival, front desk receptionist was very cold in her personality. We booked 3 rooms and were addressed like we had already did something wrong. They made sure to focus on their house rules, deposit, and potential list of additional charges. Yo add, only two rooms were ready and the third took 30 minutes to prepare (after the 2pm check in). The rooms were ok, nothing special. The bathroom for one room had a leak under the sink, leading to the bathroom floor staying flooded. Room for 4 only came with two towels. Hotel was flooded and the stairways were often layed with wet towels. Parts of the floors were consistently covered in water, leading to several "slips". The elevater was non working, requiring a walk through the wet staircases up several flights of stairs. The free breakfast was basic, only offering 6 choices with very little servings. The waitstaff was not very pleasant when we ordered, and breakfasts took 20 minutes to be served. The pool area was gross. Old tables and chairs with mold on the coverings. One guest of our party stepped on a metal piece . A big rat was also enjoying the time by jumping around the outside tree and trashcan by the "pool bar" (which is covered with fake bottles of spirits and has no such attend). The boards on the deck are not stable as well. Not an enjoyable stay for our family.

Good: ✓ Price ✓ Room Size Bad: 🅧 Customer Service: We mistakenly entered the restaurant looking for the lobby. The staff noticed we were lost but continued chatting instead of helping us. It was uncomfortable to approach them, so we found the lobby ourselves. 🅧 Customer Service Again: We arrived at around 12pm, but the check-in wasn't until 3pm. So, we went out and came back around 7-8pm. The room wasn't ready. We had to wait for another 10 minutes and when we got into the room, the phone wasn't working. They had to fix it there, though they should've checked it the entire time from when they asked us to wait for 3pm. They had 5-6 hours to make sure our room was ready and it wasn't the time we came in. Cute. 🅧 Amenities: The hotel advertised free Wi-Fi, but it was only available in the restaurant, not in the rooms. Worse, our room had no cellular signal either. As a freelancer, this was incredibly stressful. When I informed the staff about needing internet for a 2:30 am meeting, I was told to use the restaurant. At that time, the restaurant was dark, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, making the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

This hotel is very good for all travellers who like to have access to public transpo and restaurants around the area. My room is very clean and the staffs are all friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

The entire room is clean. Bed is clean and comfy. I had a very good sleep and wonderful 3 night stay.

The room smells and they charge us for extra person on the two beds room and the total of people are 3 we thought expedia got that covered.

Great Hotel, clean, great AC, and good breakfast options. However, Bed is rock solid and the wifi is bad. Beach is only 5min walk and there are a lot of souvenir shops near. There is also a nice pool.

Internet was sucks, food are not that good. Bed are horrible 😫.
