Battlesteads Hotel

Excellent accommodation for a family in the very spacious lodge. Food and drinks were great. Astrometry session, extra fee, was amazing!

We visited several areas of Northumberland and the Battlestead was the very best hotel we experienced. It was nicely situated for visits to Kielder, Hexham and Hadrian's Wall. Lots of positives: Onsite parking, lovely attentive staff, very clean and excellent food. I would highly recommend this hotel

A lovely friendly hotel with modern, clean accommodation, the garden is a wonderful place to relax with a drink or for having dinner on a summers evening. The food was excellent and lots of it was locally sourced and produced. I would definitely return to Battlesteads for another visit.

The staff were all very efficient and friendly. Our room was superb. The food was delicious. Dogs were made very welcome always on a lead in public places and the Dark Sky talks a super nova bonus. Brilliant.
