No bath soap, water barely trickled out of shower, ripped sofa, extra pillow did not have pillowcase

Hotel smelled very bad. The room is very uncomfortable; no amenities. It's very hard to find parking if your are driving.

Clean ,Quiet,Friendly Owner,Free up grade room obtained,but no elevator ,location is good .

We enjoyed our visit was in a great location with montreals sites best just minutes away. Customer service was great room was cozy would go back

Hotel is really clean, and for the price I paid could't have asked for anything more, just wish the shower pressure wasn't so low.

Room was small and a bit dark. It needed a lamp and a clock radio would have been nice but I'm guessing hotels no longer supply clock radios for the reason of theft. The desk gentleman was very friendly.

Hotel Stay was ok for the price. The location is convenient to Rue St. Denis, Old Port, subway, etc. No parking but you can park for a reasonable rate at the nearby Biblioteque. Breakfast as skimpy but free. Room was small and the bed not the most comfortable, bathroom was very small and bordeline inadequate, but clean. Room service was mediocre at best, we asked for extra towels and they could not provide it (they were out of linen), in fact they never came to clean the room after our first night (we only stayed two nights). The A/C was working full blast the first night and not at all the next. Overall - convenient and cheap but don't expect luxury.

Clean room, bathroom, nice location, fair for what you pay for. Breakfast pretty simple but good Room clean,only drew back is carpet pretty old. Very good location. Front desk not always around but you have got the code to go in and out.

Great location. Room wasn't the cleanest and was in desperate need of repairs. You will need to let yourself into the hotel with a key code on the main entrance, and usually there's no one working. Free breakfast is minimal and is from 8-11 (or in one case, when the hotel employee showed up late around 8:30). Bring your own shampoo and soap. Location is amazing however, which is the only thing that saves this hotel. Right next to Berri Uqam station and St. Catherine street
