Food is the best all inclusive in Hurghada and I have tried 6 other hotels. Beach area could be better. Excellent hotel overall, clean and staff are friendly.

So boring and nothing to do in the hotel. Animation team dont do nothing and are annoyng and pushy. We expected more fun from this hotel, some friends were before here and told us they had so much fun here The food and rooms are great, just lack of entertainment and fun

We have been to this hotel 4 times. Warmly received, given a good room, good food, high-level service in the dining room. Good bartender service by the pools, I want to thank Khaled and Samy bartenders for their pleasant service. The bad side. The evening animation has deteriorated. We used to dance on the podium and now they have moved to another place and look how the children are laughing. Unsatisfied with the bartender service at the tables because when he saw that I had brought it myself, he did not come all evening, and the other one in front of him brazenly expressed his dissatisfaction, I wanted to send him away. It was also difficult to get a tip when another person gave it, this had not happened before. The caretaker takes away the towels, he warns you beforehand if no one has been on the sunbeds for more than an hour.

**Honest Review** Here for two more days and thought i'd provide an honest review for people who are coming or planning to come here. Rooms - We are in K Block ground floor and the room is lovely. Very clean, always made up with towel art, quiet block with fresh towels every morning. Mini bar has some drinks and snacks as provided but they are chargeable so we didnt bother. Three decent 750ml bottles of water a day left in fridge but more available if required. Advice - Bring an extension lead multi adapter otherwise the 2 sockets available wont be enough. Also bring a plug in mosquito device "Raid" because they are hungry and i got bit loads, aldo the shop tried to charge me £20 for one here!! ( Mozzy spray is a must ) Pools - Right the pools are plentiful with a quiet side ( near K block ) with aluminium/canvas sunbeds everywhere and always available. No ball games or inflatables allowed in there. The activities pool area. All rules are off here and you can take anything you like in there. Music starts at 10 until 12ish, then 3 until 4ish and it is loud, I mean very loud. I work in health and safety and have a decibel metre which recorded an average reading of 105db on the speaker side...... thats ear defenders territory and I did complain twice but in the end just moved. Some pools are still heated but this is slowly being turned off so they are cold on the first plunge but its lovely once in. SUNBEDS - This area has wooden sunbeds with comfortable foam mattresses but they are like rocking horse manure after 7am. The earliest I went down was 630 and approx 85% and the best side was already taken. PEOPLE DO TRY TO CHUCK TOWELS OFF and I had a run in with a cheeky Russian who eventually gave up and left after I sat on his knee and call him a liar. So if you get some, stay with them or as others do, tip the lifeguards a decent amount to put towels out for you. I saw this with my own eyes but it doesn't phase me, but could some people. Water slides are great fun, plenty around, and pool games are available if you fancy it. BEACH - Less said about this the better.... think cleethorpes and add in hundreds of jelly fish and your about there. Ankle deep when sea is in, binoculars required when its out. This isnt the hotels doing so again i aint complaining but if I had known this it may have swayed me to book somewhere else. ENTERTAINMENT - Plenty of bars, choice of areas to sit, cocktails, local draught lager, local spirits, excellent service but bring your own pint cup( i have a Stanley pint pot ) because the beer comes in little 1/3 pint glasses. Live entertainment is poor. SORRY but it is so if live cabaret shows, karaoke, party nights are your thing? You wont find it here. The Theatre is ok but very dated and the shows are not great. The team work hard without a doubt and they try, but we ended up sitting at the Waves Bar playing cards most nights. Food and Hygiene - Really good 👍 plenty of choice, cooked well, no bugs reported from anyone in our eight strong group, and never got bored. The staff here clearly work hard and it is spotless. The toilets smell amazing, the lobby is like a palace, and the pool side is constantly monitored and cleaned as required. Tipping - Dollars or Sterling. Don't waste your time with Egyptian. 1 pound coins/dollar bills with plenty of tens as the staff change the small amounts with guests which works well. There is a tipping culture here which is fine but it could lower the standards for those who dont tip. We found the more you tip the more attentive the waiters and poolside service is. Shops - Ciggies are between £4 and £8 quid a pack or £55 for 200. Sweets, cans of pop, snide rolex and other posh watches, sunglasses, etc... I bought a couple of watches, 80 quid each and they are decent clones probably about AA, and i even got some normal glasses with my persciption for 40 quid and some Decent Oakleys for 30. Key word? HAGGLE...... bargains to be had but dont be stupid and go to low as it is insulting to them. Be respectful and have a laugh with sellers, they love that. So overall, its a lovely place but star rating is more a four than a five. Amazing staff, clean as a whistle, good choice of pools, but awful beach. This is an honest review from someone still here and I hope it helps you with your decisions. Right! Off to fill my Stanley up with lager. Safe travels.

Absolutely fabulous holiday, not a single complaint apart from the go kart things at night, it was like running the gauntlet. The staff were polite and eager to please.

We visited Jaz Aquamarine in April 2026 and we were blown away with the facilities and the attentiveness of the staff. The pools were fantastic and the area surrounding them offered different vibes. There were lively areas for families with children and quieter areas for adults. The food and the bars were fantastic. Such a wide range of food and drink on offer. All met with excellent service. Speaking of service, all the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. A few individuals such as Galal in the Topaz restaurant, Moustafa and Midhad in La Perla pool bar met us with smiles every time we visited and made us feel incredibly welcome. We never went thirsty when sunbathing because Samy (pictured) from the Aquarius Bar frequently brought us drinks saving us from walking to the bar, he was a lovely gentlemen who got to know our family and even taught us some Arabic, thank you ‘geezer’! Thank you to all the staff at Jaz Aquamarine for making our trip so great!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Lots of opportunities to eat at restaurants and have a break from the buffet which was great. Waterslides a big hit with the kids. Could have been even better with improvements to kids club. Mine (9&6) found it quite boring and I saw minimal effort being made. Evening entertainment good but I didn’t like the kids theatre set up - I would have preferred the kids in a disco or similar area where parent could watch them but enjoy time together too.

We loved it here, it was very clean and we had many activities for kids. Also, the landscaping was exceptional and food was diversified and tasteful.

Excellent service, very clean facilitys and rooms, heated pools!!! great experience ! With acces to the red sea.

2nd time here, 5 time in Hurghada but this is the only Hotel I'll recomand. We stay 9 nights with 2 kids this time. Heated pools are a big plus this time a year. Overall very good but if they will improve the adults activities and diversification on food & drinks will do better. I want to thanks to Moustafa Omar from front desk. Very very helpful and if you need anything he is the man.
