It was clean and located close to town

A/c did not work and it was too late to ring them at 9 when we got back to room. Kettle could not fit under drinking tap in bathroom. Had to use glass. Door did not close and had to fix the draft strip to make door close.

Was so easy to book last minute. Communication was excellent. Very easy to pick up key and return out of hours. Room was very clean. Microwave and kettle worked perfectly. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, all lovely and much appreciated. Hot shower with good water pressure was brilliant.

The smell of the cleaning products. It was very strong and I had a hard time being there because of it. I also couldn't get the reverse cycle to work. And there was no light in the bathroom.

Location is good, staff is kind.

The heater isn't working, and the room feels colder than outside. The blanket has a vomit-like smell. The shower takes a long time to get hot water, which wastes a lot of water. The water pressure from the sink tap is very weak. Overall, the facilities are in poor condition, so we haven't been very happy with our stay.
