White Grass Ocean Resort & Spa

This is an excellent resort. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. There are many tours available which they help to organise so you get the most out of your stay. We did multiple tours, including the volcano and snorkelling where we swam with a wild dugong. The staff really care about their guests and are passionate about the environment and culture of Tanna itself. The restaurant is fantastic, there are multiple options each day fresh from the local market which is all organic produce. You can go with the staff to the market itself and help them load up for the day! We genuinely had one of the best holidays ever and made life long memories. This resort is truly authentic and you will have an amazing experience of Tanna if you stay here. We hope to be back!

Nouvelle gérance depuis Mai 2026, Sonia et David, tous les 2 francophones, sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Cadre magnifique, lieu très propre, repas diversifiés avec une cheffe qui allie présentation et saveurs (malgré les aléas du manque de livraison des denrées alimentaires). Tout le monde a été d'une extrême gentillesse. Beaucoup d'émotions lors du départ ❤️ Nous recommandons cet endroit qui pour notre part a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Encore merci à Sonia et David, notre petit garçon a eu un merveilleux anniversaire pour ses 7 ans. Avec plaisir de vous revoir.

Proche de l’aéroport et au bord de l’eau. Transfert compris dès notre arrivée, très agréable. La visite du volcan, la Blue cave et le village sont des activités incroyables !

Pour le prix, la chambre était d’une qualité moyenne (douche défectueuse, eau chaude aléatoire, plusieurs pannes d’électricité). L’organisation des activités n’a pu se faire à notre convenance uniquement en insistant. Aucune proactivité de la personne responsable. Heureusement que le personnel Ni-Vanuatu est génial !

Resort grounds were beautiful. Staff were wonderful. They were friendly and very helpful. We loved the snorkelling at the end of the pier and at Blue Holes 1 &2. Great to have a pool to swim in at the end of day. Food was very good, freshly prepared and tasty. Breakfast was varied each day, with lots of choices. Housekeeping changed our towels each day and made up our room. Plenty of things to do with lots of extra activities planned.

The mattress was uncomfortable.
