Every villa(sea view) were too close. The other guests from the other villa used the water in the jar from my villa to wash their foot! A lot of flies & mosquito outside

Our stay was amazing. The food especially at their restaurant was delicious it was handy that we could organise tours as well through their reception which made everything easy. We wished we had stayed a bit longer!

Beautiful location by the sea. Well-kept resort. Lovely, spacious, clean room with beautiful sea view.. Friendly and helpful staff. Tours (vulcano and Kustom village) were amazing and well-organised. We had an amazing time and highly recommend staying here.

Expensive for independent travellers.

I would like to thank Julian and all his staff for an exceptional stay at the White Grass Resort. Beautiful self contained bungalows with views to die for. A big shout to the Chef who delivered superb food from a menu which changed every day. Best food I tasted during my stay in Vanuatu. Thank you for the restaurant staff who were super friendly. I wish I stayed on the island longer as it’s so interesting. Also to the reception staff who organized all the tours and trips.

Netter Empfang und tolle Bure mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Das Essen ist wirklich klasse und es gibt immer eine kleine täglich wechselnde Auswahl. Wasser gibt es kostenfrei, da es in der direkten Umgebung auch keine Möglichkeit gibt sich selbst zu versorgen. Praktisch ist auch der Wasserkocher, sowie Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer.

Das Personal ist grundsätzlich nett, aber nicht wirklich bei der Sache. Informationen bekommt man nur schwer oder nicht vollständig. Im Restaurant werden Bestellungen auch mal vergessen. Beim Frühstück wird kaum nachgelegt (auch wenn es noch >1 Stunde geht), da viele Gäste sich auch Proviant mitnehmen (bekommen dazu auch Alufolie vom Personal) bleibt kaum Auswahl. Kaffee und andere Speisen, wie Eier oder Bohnen beim Frühstück werden nicht warmgehalten am Buffet. Warme frisch gemachte Speisen zum Frühstück gibt es gegen Aufpreis. Das Bad ist sauber, die Armaturen sind aber verkalkt. Im Vergleich zu anderen Südseeinseln, auf denen wir schon waren, stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
