The Bell Hotel Thetford by Greene King Inns

Desperately in need of update and renovation

Bed was comfortable but building felt a bit run down.

Hotel was looking tired and needed updating. Toilet were leaking with urine on the floor and our bedroom tap was leaking. In the bar I asked if I could pay extra for the beer I liked instead of the cheaper beer offered with the meal. He did not know and was of little help. So I told him we would not order and would eat in Weatherspoons instead, which is what we did.

Great experience.

Found the pillows uncomfortable. Television wouldn't turn off. Overall it was ok

Very central

A pleasant place to stay and I would imagine it would be better in the summer. No helped with sll the flooding after the recent rains.

Disappointing for a Greene King inn. The room was dated with bare minimum provisions. Bed was comfy though & room very warm. The whole place overall seemed tired and there was a general lack of care or enthusiasm.
