Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay - Luxury - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The food was divine at most of the restaurants although it tended to be not as hot at the specialty restaurants, but I find if you ask your waiter to ensure it comes out hot they will try to make that happen. Make sure you ask for a map of the resort so you can know all that it has to offer because it is a large property with many pluses. The staff was phenomenal and as we know they can make or break a business, they are the ones that have kept my score at a minimum of 4.

This was our first experience at a Secrets resort, but it won't be our last! The hotel and the staff at Wild Orchid were amazing. We had a wonderful time.

The tiles on the floor in my room were peeling up. Also the sliding door did not seem very secure with that one little pin that was provided. The staff was great and friendly. I also had a Ga Power that if there were any small reptiles or animals they could’ve fit under there so I placed a towel at the door every day when it rained the rain also came inside the door

We had a great timely favorite. Room was clean . Views were great. Piano bar was always a fun time. The coffee at the coffee bar was fantastic . Do they use fresh beans or ground and is it medium or dark roast. I would like to order it , it’s very expensive so I want to get the right one.

We’ve stayed at several Secrets resorts and this one was by far the most disappointing. Our room was outdated and worn, and we were woken up at 5 a.m. by water dripping from the ceiling above. The butler was wonderful, but overall the resort needs major updates and better maintenance. Definitely not up to the usual Secrets standards.

Very beautiful stay staff was great

Resort was very quiet, clean and service perfect. People who work there were so friendly.
