Capri Motel

Used outdoor pool. Very simple basic room. Within walking distance to all I desired to do in Mackinac city.

There were flies all over the room. The room smelled of big spray. I would stay, but only because of the staff.

Filthy rooms. Dated and old. Room stink. Air conditioner cover torn off and missing. Horrible beds. Nasty bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location but that was the only positive aspect. The room was outdated the amenities were different for each room some without a phone.

We stayed two nights. The Capri is a good value.

Always enjoy staying at the Capri. Convenient to the walking/bike trail for an easy trip to the shops. Good price. Rooms dated but clean. Bed not so comfortable but that was our only issue. Will stay again on our next trip to the area.

The hotel is very homey, run by a single guy. He's probably owned the place since 1984. The hotel is in good condition, but it's not super fancy or anything, just a roof, a tv, bathroom an AC unit and a few lamps. Great for the kind of hotel it is. It's not meant for luxury. Usually at the Mom and Pop places, you don't get a continental breakfast, but the Capri did offer it. All and all, for a budget hotel, it was great and I would recommend it to friends.

It was clean and basic. Bed was comfortable. No complaints. Served our purpose.

Very tiny room. Out of the 5 electrical outlets only 2.5 of them work. They had an old brown extension cord used for the TV. The beds were at least 20,years old, one was sunken in real bad, the other felt like you were falling feet first. The pool was nasty dirty. Free breakfast???? The office didn't even open until 7:30, so we didn't get to eat because we had to leave by 7:00. Can't believe we spent $83 on this place.
