Like location and distance to other things to do

Pool was dirty and very slippery and latter was broken. Paid for breakfast included but yet had to have a coupon to eat and apparently it only cover 2 people per room and then had to pay for my kids to eat. I have never gone to a hotel where my breakfast included only cover 2 people . Then had to wait for long time to get food and coffee

I thought Hilton was supposed to be a full service hotel. When My toilet clogged and I asked them to come help me (I'm 85 years old) all they did was leave a plunger by my door. You can't help a senior citizen better than that?

"Super hard beds but great breakfast!"

The breakfast was free. And very good!!! That by far was the only good thing I can think of.

The beds were HORRIBLE! I felt like I slept on a board. Everyone in our party agreed the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

My sheets a comforter was dirty soiled with blood and old make up, pillows smelled like dirty hair, very disappointed, staff replaced sheets and comforter and the comforter had lots of holes in it.

"MAD AS HELL"

Room was good

Customer service was terrible,they wouldn't deal with the third party reservations and I had to pay for the room myself and Booking.com still charged my account even though they didn't pay the bill. Very upset and now they want me to jump through hoops to show them I payed, when it should show up on they're end that they didn't pay the bill.
