Great location on a good bus route

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in with no option to change rooms. The manager was very helpful and found a quilt to use as a mattress topper which stopped me leaving early

Breakfast service didnt know what to do, lack of towels and pillows. Bathrooms are dated. Toilet seat was loose. Some of the plug sockets didn't work.
