The dining options were outstanding — every meal felt like a new experience. The chef was incredibly accommodating, often walking around to check in with guests personally. He even offered to make anything we wanted, which made the dining experience feel truly personalized and special. The rooms were very comfortable and the entire property was spotless. You can really tell the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and relaxing environment. Speaking of the staff, the service was top-notch — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. But the highlight of our trip was how much our five-year-old loved Star Camp! The staff there were so kind and engaging. It made such a difference knowing our child was not only well cared for but having the time of their life. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

This is an okay property. Ratings would have been different if Expedia mentioned the various categories of stay so as to align expectations. Food was ok, my favourite was the Mexican buffet, like the hibachi Japanese restaurant as well. Least favourite star rock cafe and the steakhouse. Property is safe, workers are friendly and willing to assist. Overall an ok place.
