Schöner großer Bungalow mit tollem Badezimmer. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück und überaus freundliches Personal.

Leider finden zur Zeit große Umbaumaßnahmen am Strand / Pool statt. Es werden zwar Gutscheine ausgegeben, doch ist der Zugang zum Strand sehr eingeschränkt. Die Betten sind leider sehr weich.

Die Lage ist super, alles in 15min Radius zu Fuß erreichbar

The hotel is tired and there are ongoing major noisy constructions to rebuild the sea wall and buildings around the pool. The hotel provides some compensation by way of vouchers for a meal, a cocktail and a spa treatment. But this does not mask the fact that there is construction noise throughout the day heard in your room and definitely by the pool. NOT a relaxing holiday at all. The staff at the sundowners bar/ restaurant are less than polite and the food below par. On a positive note the staff and treatments in the spa are excellent. As the review heading says. I wouldn’t visit the hotel at the moment. To be sure of a relaxing quality holiday. I wouldn’t visit at all.

It is just on the edge of the town about a 10 mins walk. Loads of restaurants in the main strip. Beach access

It was disappointing to learn that there was work going on around the pool and beach. We weren't informed before we arrived but were told on check in. It was noisy and on occasions the sunbeds were not available. This was due to damage from a Monsoon. This couldn't be helped. Compensation as a token of good will for dinner and spa were offered.

Wir waren zum 3. Mal und bekamen auch wieder unsere Strandbungalows. Ein herzliches Willkommen, großes Danke an Dior. Das Wohlfühlpaket als Entschädigung für die Baumaßnahmen.

Die Baustelle, aber Reparaturen müssen sein, umso schöner wird der 4. Besuch im Resort.

From the drop off at the start, to pick up to go home was absolutely brilliant. We chose the All Inclusive package and it was well worth it. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Dior in the office was an absolute gem & helped us out a few times when things got lost in translation. We didn't get everyone's names, but Ju in the Sundowner restaurant made sure our food was exactly the way we wanted it. Sam the barman made sure your drink was always full, Benz & Ko always sorted our sunbeds and kept us hydrated all day. Also gave you a shout if the rain was near. The housekeepers, gardeners, chefs, reception staff, beauty treatment & spa, handymen were all so friendly. All areas in the hotel were very well maintained. Rooms comfortable, but the lights could be a bit brighter. We had an issue with our room when the maintenance was being carried out on the roof. We were moved straight away, and the housekeepers & bell boy actually moved everything for us. There were taxis outside the hotel, bars, restaurants & shops across the road and two minutes walk to a whole lot more. Perfect location. All in all, we had a great holiday and will definitely go back to the Khaolak Laguna Resort🇹🇭

The grounds are beautiful and the staff is excellent.

The resort was very well laid out. The staff, from reception through to ground keeping staff, were so friendly. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. There was a little maintenance going on while we were there, but nothing major. Dior from reception/customer relations was amazing in explaining how complimentary vouchers were to compensate for any inconvenience. Honestly, it was above and beyond, so very generous of Laguna Resort. I was even presented with a cake for my birthday whilst staying there. We will definitely return 😊

The only thing to mention is the stairs. But having said that, you don't need to be concerned about your luggage - it is delivered to your room.
