Holiday was booked with Tui in the UK with flights included with Etihad out of Manchester. Transfers were included and take approximately 90 minutes from Phuket airport (private transfer). The hotel looked very nice (a little like a Mayan Temple) at first glance. Checked in and shown to a standard room, several blocks of accommodation and bungalows with very well maintained grounds. The room is larger than most rooms I’ve stopped in with all the amenities you would expect, bath, shower, wc, safe, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, seating area & coffee table, dining area, balcony, AC and balcony. We were on all inclusive so drinks pop/sodas, water and beer in the fridge, replenished every day. The pool area was lovely but some building work was taking place with the sea wall having sustained some damage and being repaired while we were there. Restaurant and bar next to the pool with service around the pool area. The menu was plentiful but some of the dishes all written in Thai and not translated, also the menus were looking old and needed replacing. Buffets were also put on when they had a large number of guests with A La Carte but it was the same nearly the whole 2 weeks we were there and got a bit boring. There are plenty of places nearby to go for food and drinks near the hotel, also a 7-11 and McD’s within a 10 minute walk. One of the things we found strange at the resort was that we had to sign for everything even though we were all inclusive, never ever had that before. Breakfast was the only place where you didn’t do this but we only went 3 times for breakfast and I personally didn’t like it, my choice! Some of the hotel buildings were in need of some TLC and these were in the pool area, the rooftops had a secondary cover of Nipa (palm leaf roof) that were falling apart. The hotel mainly had German and French guests with very few English guests, so very peaceful. The main town is less than 10 minutes in a taxi (about £4),too hot to walk. Yes we would stop here again, like most hotels it’s the staff that make this such a lovely place to stay. Special mention to the guys around the pool area Ty, Ko and Benz were lovely and friendly and of course Ju in the restaurant, many thanks to you all.

לא נגיש לעגלות והמון מדרגות, קשה להסתובב עם ילדים קטנים. חוף הים זמין רק בשפל, בגאות אי אפשר להתקרב. אין הרבה כיסויים לכיסאות בריכה, לא מחדשים אותם. הרבה מעשנים במקומות ציבוריים ובכל מקום במלון (פתוח)

Хороший отель, приветливый персонал. Хорошая уборка номера. В номере: халат, резиновые сланцы, пляжные полотенца, сумка для пляжа, щетка и зубная паста, чайник, холодильник. В общем, все необходимое есть. Большой балкон, удобные кровати. Удобное расположение отеля, рядом супермаркет и торговая улица. Махровые наматрасники на лежаках у бассейна доставляют дополнительный комфорт.

Темный номер, освещения мало. Мебель требует обновления. Есть шкаф, где можно повесить вещи, но на семью он маловат. Нет полок. В номере можно встретить ящерицу, а на территории отеля - вараны.

Location and villas. Our beach front villa was amazing. Beach needs some work but pool is amazing.

Alles prima, niets mis mee

kamers netjes, ruim en fijn. Personeel heel vriendelijk, ontbijt top, locatie top, zwembad super, gym aanwezig, pizza's in restaurant heel lekker (ter afwisseling voor de kids)

communicatie soms wat moeizaam in het Engels, Apparaten in gym beetje rammelig, valt met minimale investering veel aan te verbeteren, geen ernstige punten, meer categorie 'gemakkelijk wat aan te doen' voor accommodatie mgt.

Staff were incredible! So accomodating, attentive and friendly, quick whenever we needed anything, the highlight of this resort!

Had some issues with the air conditioning but the staff were so good about it so it wasn’t a huge problem.
