Heywood House Hotel, BW Signature Collection

This hotel is perfect it’s location is brilliant right in the city centre close to everything you need The hotel does not have a restaurant so we had breakfast at The Slaughterhouse next door food is good and very reasonably priced Hotel staff are friendly polite and pleasant and very helpful Ignore the bad reviews posted about this hotel as it’s fake the hotel is lovely rooms are comfortable and clean reasonably priced for a nights stay The parking: Park on Q Park Strand Street which the hotel offers a discount of 20% so park up grab a letter off staff or you can pre book but you will need to contact hotel for discount code first We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return again

Heywood House is a great place to stay in Liverpool. The staff was friendly, The room was comfortable and clean, and I plan to visit it again.

This hotel is like the Tardis- looks tiny from the inside but is actually substantial. Room had lots of amenities- hairdryer, iron, safe, tea/coffee. But if you like an early night this is the wrong part of town as even though it was a Sunday there was music blaring til 2300 and then a huge amount of noise at 7am when the refuse collectors took the bottles from the bins! Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but be warned. Staff very friendly, location is a short walk from everywhere you might need to be in the city centre. I was pleasantly surprised by its quality.

Very good front desk staff extremely helpful

The room was okay for 1 night. The bed was comfy, pillows not great. It was clean and the bathroom has been fairly recently updated but the workmanship is very poor. We had a broken floor tile which is potentially dangerous and we did inform the reception about it, and he was aware. But something should be done about it, even if taped over. Being asked for ID when you arrive is so outdated and £1 on an actual card deposit in case we trash our room, I found unreal. I've stayed at some high class hotels over the years and never been asked for any of this. I'd travelled 1 1/2 hours to get to Liverpool and he expected me to travel a 3hr round trip to go home and get a physical card, otherwise I couldn't stay in the room. I'm 53 years young and a business owner, so I don't see myself as someone who stays in a hotel just to trash the room. He was no help what so ever and if it hadn't have been for some helpful ladies staying there and paying the £50 deposit, we'd have had no where to stay. The other issue we have is the noise opposite our room. We were in room 107 and a nightclub was the other side ot the road, which didn't stop playing extremely loud music until 2am. This was very annoying. So, I have to say I won't be staying in this hotel again.

Very clean hotel. Simple check in. Room was great, clean and had everything you need. There is no bar and restaurant but it’s not needed there are plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. The reception is manned 24 hours a day if you need anaything. We are staying again next month and would definitely recommend

People on reception were nice and friendly, rooms were clean and a great size. Our room was so hot though and window wouldn’t open. Friends room was ok. Our room had a weird plumbing issue where you could hear the toilet or shower water running down the pipes from above. Was a bit off putting if you think about what might be flushing past you :-(

Not our first stay . Nice clean room with lovely facilities and bathroom. Unfortunately the room was street facing with a lot of music noise until the early hours from the adjoining bar .

It’s not an easy one to find, no visible sign- there is one but it’s not obvious, and sat nav didn’t lead to it. Maybe mention another business across the road or something? As a landmark?

It was a nice hotel, albeit with a strange internal layout and not the easiest to navigate inside. The location is nicely located in the city centre, with fairly close proximity to everything you mostly need.
