The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

Stayed in Westin Gurugram on Mothers day. It was a pleasure staying. Our stay was made pleasant by the sincere effort of Srishti. Her prompt and polite response is greatly appreciated. I interacted with Abir Roy and Sahil Sachdeva. They were both extremely polite , understanding and professional. I could see them attending to the other guests and resolving issues. Their effort has been EXCEPTIONAL. Food in the lounge and main dining room was tasty , served hot and well prepared The effort of the Lounge staff was also exemplary.. Overall an Exceptional stay. My stay at Westin Gurgaon was super. Everything was done as per my preferences and I got the best luxury experience possible. Pratibha from Westing was there for my requests even before I checked in, she helped with swift check in and check out and also added Complimentary breakfast which was initially not included in my booking. The food was also great and overall the staff was very attentive and caring.

My stay at The Westin was truly overwhelming in the best way. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled, from check-in to checkout, and the entire team made me feel genuinely valued. I want to specifically call out Pratibha for her excellent hospitality. Her warmth, attention to detail, and proactive service elevated the whole experience. She anticipated needs before I had to ask and handled everything with grace. Proud to recommend The Westin for anyone visiting Bangalore. The service standard here is exceptional, and people like Pratibha are the reason I’ll be back. 5/5.

Great facility and pleasant stay. Good location. Recommended!

The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to the commercial offices and airport. The food was excellent, both breakfast and In room dining. However the overall service was slow and there were many missed requests. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the maintenance needed attention. The shower drains were mouldy/black. The housekeeping missed clearing the dust bin under the table. The housekeeping was kind enough to keep a mouse pad for me but it was stained. Overall decent and comfortable stay.

It was a great experience, staff is very cordial. They even supported me with early check in. The property is very beautiful as well. Highly recommended for good stay in Gurgaon.

My wife stayed at Westin Gurgaon in March 2026. For couple of nights, I had gifted her Club Marriott certificates. There was a problem in redeeming the same due to a system related glitch. The team from guest relations and front desk took care of the issue immediately by taking Club Marriott team into the loop and the issue was sorted. Excellent service.

Traveled with my elderly mom who needed special assistance during the stay. Pratibha Sharma and her team exceeded our expectations and made our stay extremely comfortable. A memorable stay that defined Indian hospitality at its very best.

The Westin Gurgaon hotel is well placed in the heart of city, not too far from airport neither from office locations. My stay at The Westin Hotel for four nights was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Every interaction, whether at the front desk whether it would be with Pratibha Sharma or Vomita Verma, both of them were helpful, also each and every staff of housekeeping, or the restaurant, was professional and friendly. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and effortless. The food was another highlight. The breakfast and dining options were excellent, with great quality and variety. It was clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation and presentation. Cleanliness across the hotel was also impressive. The room, common areas, and dining spaces were consistently spotless and well maintained. The room itself was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, my four-night stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. The combination of great service, excellent food, and high standards of cleanliness made it a truly enjoyable visit. I would gladly stay at The Westin again and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is new and the rooms are extremely clean and well-appointed. The staff were remarkable and ensured that each day's room cleaning was prompt and complete. Dined at EEST two nights, which was excellent with a diverse menu. The sushi was fresh and the Chinese dishes were also excellent. The gym has all the equipment needed for a solid workout and the overall grounds of the hotel were very nice.
