Casa del Rio Melaka

Third time staying here this year with our family, its always a great experience! Friendly staff, cozy rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to Faiz, Hafiz and team for the excellent hospitality!

Spent 12 days at the Casa del Rio and was very happy with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were tremendous and went out of their way to accommodate guests , cleanliness was very good and the food fantastic . Location is perfect right in the centre of historical Melaka but with that comes a degree of noise especially at weekends but by midnight it all falls quiet . The other thing it has in bundles in comparison to most other hotels is character , so glad we chose it as it really made the holiday special

Our room as located on the second floor with beautiful views of the river and local skyline. Roof top infinity pool is stunning and huge. Perfect for lounging after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is old world classy and is a jewel perched along the river way. The staff create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming — truly wonderful. The service was attentive, and the location was very convenient. The whole stay felt relaxing, and I’ll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Melaka. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn’t very tasty — perhaps because it was a weekday and there weren’t many guests, so they didn’t put much effort into it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del! The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing vibe — the view of the Melaka River was simply enchanting, and the Lago area felt so peaceful and calm. It’s the perfect place to sit back and unwind. The breakfast spread was lovely with a nice selection of food — everything tasted great and fresh. The location is very convenient, with shops and attractions just a short walk away. We also felt very safe with the secure parking area provided. A huge thank you to the Front Office team — Mr. Q, Farah — for being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. And to the Housekeeping team — Mr. Nazren, Fatis, Anis— you guys did an amazing job! The room was always spotless and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! 💕✨

Great location, right beside jonker street. Atmosphere was pleasant though being by the river, occasional basking can be heard, but it was still nice to sit by the balcony and listen. Room was very clean and it fits nicely for 3 adults. Service was top notch, from the very beginning when we checked in all the way till we checked out. Recommended.

Had such a happy and relaxing stay at Casa del Rio! The location is perfect — just steps away from Jonker Street, yet peaceful enough to unwind. The rooms were spacious, the river view was lovely, and the breakfast spread was such a treat. 🥐☕ Spent the weekend with my friends and kids, laughing, exploring, and just enjoying the calm vibes by the riverside. Truly a well-spent weekend getaway — would definitely come back again! 💛

Our business chapter organized monthly business meeting at the premise. Hotel prepared self-service coffee and tea and had the audio video equipment ready. All the tables and chairs are properly prepared for a good meeting environment and atmosphere.

Very good hospitality. Good food. Good service and ambience is welcoming. Will be a choice for future events or personal visits
