Very friendly organised and accomodating Rooms available for meetings and they catered for two meeting groups on the evenings I stayed, Staff eager to help. A most enjoyable stay I would not hesitate to recomend them.

Being picky I turned up unexpected at 10:00 pm and the lady operating reception was working in the bar 9AS YOU MIGHT EXPECT)

The food was n8cen8n the bar, n8ce atmosphere, pleasant staff.

A ground floor room.would have been useful as seen a lot of elderly struggle with 21 stairs

We are regular visitors to Melrose and the Borders because of family connections . This was the ideal stopover for us on our journey home to Durham . We were satisfied and would come again especially if we were lucky enough to get a good financial deal ! We liked the outdoor area for eating .

A towel rack or rail ? Small details - overall we were happy .
