Clean apartment, with kitchenette. Balcony to enjoy breafast/drinks. Adequate study space for business. Within walking distance to town, conical hill and hot springs.

We were running late due to the Ferry being delayed from Wellington to Picton . I called ahead and the room was waiting for us . It was warm immaculate , quality was obvious and fully equipped for our stay! Free laundry facilities too. Very comfortable indeed

I stayed for three nights in an upstairs room facing the mountains. The staff are friendly and professional. Everything in our room was clean, comfortable and modern. I particularly liked the balcony and kitchenette. The bathroom was lovely too and it was a nice touch to be given towels specifically for the hot pools. Although the accommodation is located close to the heart of town but it’s still peaceful and relaxing.

Very well appointed and clean room with everything you could want including a dishwasher! Easy and friendly check in.

Excellent accommodation. Spacious room, large comfy bed, quality linen and towels, well equipped kitchenette. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is only minutes from restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

We were in the St. James Suite which is a one bedroom unit. Very comfortable bed, plenty of room and great service. Towels provided for the hot pools which was a short walk from the motel. When we go to Hanmer Springs we always stay at the St. James and will continue to do so.

Lovely motel, exceptionally clean and great location.

Great location with the Hot Pools, restaurants and everything else you could need in Hanmer Springs all within a couple of minutes walk.
