Although described as luxury bedding we did not find this the case. The bed was hard with basic bedding. The positioning of our bed made our view very average

Very comfortable clean and well equipped. Short walk to everything.

The room was fine with a lovely mountain view from the patio. Unfortunately, we pretty much had to keep our drapes closed most of the time because there were people walking closely by. The kitchenette was very well equipped and that was nice. The bathroom was okay - lovely shower with nice water pressure, but the vanity was very small and what little counter area there was had the veneer lifting and bubbling, so it was hard to sit anything down. Overall, though, the staff were lovely and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, friendly staff, and wonderful view of the mountains.

The room was very clean, modern and beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fabulous. Everything was quality. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants and the thermal springs. Our awesome host, Jan, was so friendly and gave us some very helpful local knowledge. I certainly recommend staying here 👍

Couldn't fault the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities including great shower and comfortable king size bed in our studio apartment. Pleased to have opted for the upstairs apartment which gave us great view of the mountains. We will be back.

Modern property that is so handy to everything in Hanmer. Lovely warm room and supper comfortable bed. Modern tiled bathroom with large shower and great water pressure, no bath but not missed as shower was great. Less than 5 minute walk to the hot pools, restaurants and shops

Nice place to stay. Really close to Main Street
