Extr ordinary property with excellent hospitality. Everyone who visits Bali should stay here atleast couple of days. Greenery and water falls are unforgettable in this resort. We enjoyed the property a lot.

Absolutely magnificent - Serene and peaceful and relaxing - we had a hillside villa with our own pool - garden was beautiful with the sound of run in water into the pond - meals were amazing - would definitely return - the Bali massage x 2 was wonderful thank you - the restaurant for lunch and dinner - “swept away” was located on the edge of the river - so very relaxing and exactly what we were looking for

My wife and I stayed at The Samaya Ubud for our honeymoon, and we truly couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From beginning to end, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and communicative throughout our stay. The resort itself was absolutely stunning — surrounded by lush tropical greenery with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a hillside villa with a private pool and an amazing view of the rice terraces. The villa was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed. When we first checked in, they had decorated our jacuzzi with flower petals and even had a cake waiting for us, which made us feel so special. The villas were spaced far apart, so everything felt very private and secluded. The resort is also quite large, and whenever we needed to get around, someone would happily pick us up in a golf cart and take us wherever we needed to go. My wife and I also booked a spa treatment during our stay, and it was wonderful. The staff made sure we were comfortable the entire time and created such a relaxing experience. One of the highlights of our honeymoon was the private romantic dinner I arranged for my wife and I through the resort. It included a six-course meal by the river along with a photoshoot session. The food was delicious, and the view and decorations were absolutely breathtaking. This was our first time visiting Bali, and we already know we’ll be back again someday. Whenever we return, we would absolutely stay at The Samaya Ubud again for another peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our honeymoon feel so special and unforgettable. 🤍

Wow! Truly wonderful hotel , most beautiful staff , perfect location . We stayed for my 65 th birthday celebration absolute bliss from beginning to end . Devine villa by Ayung river , private pool and rose petal bath ! Food outstanding quality for breakfast and dinner in Swept away restaurant. Table 61 for 100 candle light romantic dinner by the river just magical for my 65 th birthday celebration. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this hotel we thank you very much . Particular mention to Putu our wonderful waiter and the entire team who made my birthday so special 🙏. Special mention to Made and Timu spa therapist the most amazing couples massage ! Nice and clean room, very friendly and accomodating staff. Lovely restaurants scene for breakfast and swept away for lunch/dinner also.

The Samaya Ubud is undoubtedly one of the finest pool villa resorts in Ubud and certainly among the best we’ve experienced in Bali overall. It’s hard to add anything new to the already glowing reviews from previous guests - those reviews are entirely well deserved and accurate and I can only agree with all the positive comments. Our one-bedroom hillside pool villa was the perfect sanctuary within an already peaceful setting of harmony and elegance - which is, I would say, the inherent essence of The Samaya. The villa was private, quietly hushed in its surrounding garden and scrupulously maintained by the most competent housekeeping team - masters of perfect timing. Our dining experience deserves a special mention along with a heartfelt thank you to Komang the restaurant manager. The chef, kitchen team and wait staff at Swept Away Restaurant are of a truly world-class standard. The subtle blend of relaxed fine dining, attentive service combined with the restaurant’s naturally picturesque setting - overlooking the Ayung River - creates a romantic magic all of its own. Simply beautiful! Afternoon tea was a delight, dinner was sublime, and whenever possible we chose the Chef’s Daily Recommendation simply because it was a joy to experience the thoughtfully crafted creations from the kitchen. Komang, it was such a pleasure to meet you. Thank you so much for looking after us so well in both your beautiful riverside restaurant and at breakfast at Scene. Your warm and genuine welcome each time we met and the outstanding attention we received is something we will remember forever. In fact, all the staff, every one of the Samaya team without exception, shone with open friendliness, enthusiasm and warmth. It was just such a pleasant stay at the Samaya Ubud and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

I stayed in Samayaubu for 3 days for my honeymoon. It was a jungle everywhere, so the air was nice and the scenery was nice. Especially, I loved the pool villa. I want to come back to the wall again
