The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

The hotel was great. Love the location! Short walk to beach and the pool was magnificent! The staff is eager to accommodate your needs. If you want to do excursions, look up Erik G. He has a blue shirt with Google on it. He is always at the beach and will do his best to make you happy. We booked 3 excursions and loved each one. He is so polite and just a nice guy! I would definitely come back and use Erik G again.

We have been traveling to Costa Rica at least every other year for the past 10 years. We have stayed at air bnb and Westin and both are great options for very different experiences. We thoroughly enjoy the Westin . We have done excursions through the resort as well as from the vendors on the beach. You save a lot of money and honestly get a better experience booking through the vendors on the beach with the exception of the waverunners. The electric there is no comparison to the speed and fun you have on those compared to the beach vendors gas options. We have used multiple of the beach vendors but highly recommend talking to Eric Garcia you won’t miss him on the beach. He is professional and distinguishable through his shirt with his logos. We booked multiple excursions , hikes, waterfalls ect. He set up private travel food souvenirs everything for a fraction of the resort cost for group transports . Most of the food here is good wasn’t impressed with Manglar. They should really have a top notch sea food and steakhouse serving prime cuts this is where we feel this place misses out. Do yourself a favor and walk down to Brasilito and eat lunches off the resort The local dining is awesome

Very comfortable rooms and layout but we miss having a desk in the room. Room design was private and the only negative was the closet. It had ample room but a slider door was used and therefore it didn’t open all the way to afford access to the shelving inside. It didn’t really affect how we unpacked but we utilized the drawers in the room as well. Drawers were very convenient. Bathroom had privacy door and shower and toilet were separate which is always a plus This helps when one person is in the shower! We didn’t linger long in the room in the morning. We walked for coffee and exercise. Our staff at this hotel is a 10+. So accommodating and very kind. From our room staff to restaurant servers each and everyone is so nice. Our housekeeper Anabey was excellent along with Emerson at the adult pool bar. Each waiter at the restaurants we enjoyed were terrific as well. Bamboo was our favorite restaurant and the Mitra Market offered a great variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We opted to use Erik G (Google blue shirt) on the beach to secure a tour that we took to the falls, sloth and coffee/cacao plantation. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Each detail of our tour was fully disclosed and all and any questions answered prior to being picked up. It was an amazing day and Jefferey our driver was simply the best! There are other options for tours as well through the hotel and other fun daily activities at the Westin to enjoy. . We can’t wait to return to the Westin, Erik G and to Costa Rica again soon.

The service here at the westin turtle bay is just perfect. Staffs are very caring lots. Restaurants Beach grill was perfect vinesh was very helpful . Seasonal taste Ashley and the Chef Rishi absolute germ ensuring perfect food and service. Hats off chefs are very caring and Restaurant staffs. Room was spacious enough for 2 adult and 1 child . Perfect land scaping and great view.

We stayed at this Westin over February break and it was outstanding! I booked 2 adjoining rooms and we were very happy with the accomodations. The resort never felt crowded and everyone was super nice. The rooms, and resort as a whole, were super clean and housekeeping was very responsive if we needed anything. The only noises were the howler monkeys and birds in the morning, which we loved. We were close to several markets so we could keep food & beverages in the rooms. Jose, one of the shuttle drivers, was amazing and took great care of us - especially when we needed scheduled rides. Anthony, one of our pool waiters, was also fantastic. We didn't do the all-inclusive package since we ate dinner off property at the local restaurants. That worked for us, but keep in mind the food & beverage is expensive within the resort if you are paying for it. We used Erik Garcia (he's in a blue shirt by the beach) to organize all of our activities and we were super impressed. I let Erik pick his top favorite excursions for us and he did not disappoint. I would definitely go back to this property again.

Our stay at The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa was absolutely outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were incredibly clean, modern, and very spacious. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and we always returned to a spotless, comfortable room that felt like a true retreat after long days in the sun. What really made this resort special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, but Emerson and Brayan at the adult pool and David at the main pool were exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, always remembered our preferences, and created a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Their service elevated the entire experience. The food quality across the many restaurants was impressive, especially for an all-inclusive resort. Bamboo was our favorite — the flavors, presentation, and overall dining experience were excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cocktails. These were not your typical all-inclusive drinks — they were high-end, well-crafted, and consistently excellent. One of the highlights of our trip was booking an excursion through Erik K, who can be found on the beach wearing a blue shirt. He arranged an amazing waterfall and zip-lining adventure that was seamless, professional, and unforgettable. Highly recommend seeking him out if you want a great off-property experience. Overall, this was a fantastic trip from start to finish. Between the beautiful grounds, excellent food and drinks, spacious rooms, and truly exceptional staff, this resort delivered a five-star experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

My husband and I had an amazing experience The hotel, the people, the food and most importantly the weather was perfect! The weather allowed us to book excursions right outside the beach area. Erick G. With your distinctive Google blue shirt made our stay even better, the ATVs, the catamaran were exceptional. He made everything easy. He was very reliable and helpful! Sara with green distinctive shirt and her massage family business also right outside the hotel in the beach area. Our excursion to Nicaragua booked with the Nexus Company was the cherry on top! It was really an unforgettable experience! Nexus also provided us with private transportation to the hotel from the airport and back. All these people were punctual, accommodating, and reliable! Can’t wait to go back!🥰

The Westin All Inclusive is a beautiful location with wonderful staff. From the moment we checked in the staff was very kind and attentive. We were upgraded to the Westin Club because of platinum status and stayed in the Tower (really just 3 floors) the room (1120) was a ground floor room and was fine. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t spend much time there so even though view was of the wooded area didn’t matter. Have us chance to see some local wildlife come by in the morning. We spent majority of our time at the Adult pool situated between the 2 Westin club towers and took advantage of the Westin Club area for coffee in the morning and drinks in evening before dinner. Javier at the adult pool was exceptional our entire time there. Attentive but not overly so. We had dinner in Faisenella, Italian, Asian, Seafood and the restaurant in main lobby all were great! Do try and go to the tapas restaurant in the lobby for a sunset dinner. It was stunning. The resort while big is not overwhelming. It’s a 5-7m walk to get anywhere and they do have golf carts driving constantly and never have to wait long if you don’t want to walk. The beach is beautiful. But it’s public so it’s not as “integrated” into the resort as some other Caribbean resorts. Yes they have chairs but the Adult pool was a good 10m away and was more of an are we going to the pool or beach decision as opposed to hopping between the 2. Do go for a walk on the beach. It’s about a mile long and an easy walk at low tide. The massage on the beach but the locals was nice. Little weird getting with families and kids playing nearby but it was only $50 with a $10 tip. We didn’t do any excursions. We only had 4 days and didn’t want to spend one of them in a van to the jungle. We had an afternoon Catamaran booked but it got a little too windy and opted for more beach and pool. All in all would highly recommend and return to Costa Rica and the Westin.
