Todo ha sido excelente, desde antes de llegar con Fernanda ya organizando toda nuetra llegada, la bienvenida, el poder usar las instalaciones aún sin tener la habitación. El mayordomo de encargó de organizarnos todo lo que le pedíamos, la habitación excelente frente al mar. Y hasta el último día todos, absolutamente todos los empleados fueron muy amables siempre. Un hotel muy recomendado. Ha cumplido nuestras expectativas y más!

Aunque no depende del hotel, diría el sargazo. Más alla de eso, todo ha estado excelente y no hay nada que no nos haya gustado.

The food and drinks need some work! The food was not up to par for it to be 5 stars. Also most of the alcohol was watered down. Lastly, no fun entertainment - pool parties, etc
