Great stay overall. Comfy bed, big room, everything very clean.

Hotel excellent apart from the bathroom difficult getting in and out of the shower at times dangerous, staff fantastic food good we ha a great time there

Mostly good - friendly staff, lovely rooms and good quality food. Let down by the very slow and inefficient service in restaurant/bar. Needed to be a lot more attentive. Too often left waiting.

Staying at the Douglas was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well appointed and our room was very spacious and the facilities great. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

Excellent hotel in Brodick. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and the entertainment in the bar on the Saturday night made for a memorable stay.

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location!!! Arran island is fantastic. The hotel was very high end and we wish we would have stayed longer.

The Douglas is a beautiful hotel and we especially appreciated how close it was to the ferry and bus facilities. Our room was very modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean as well.

We travelled up by Boat (Rib) and landed in Brodick.....It is difficult landing by private boat as there are no facilities....but the hotel....Wsa great , first class in every way, Receptionists was superb and cheery and so helpful.... The rooms were beautiful and had great style and comfort. Well worth the stay if ever in Brodick.... Arran is beautiful and well worth the trip.....
