Location was very good for where we was going out that evening, we didn't opt for breakfast so I can't answer that one but there was a lovely kitchen area and social room , The rooms were very nice and clean,all our rooms came with bathrooms and the security was impressive the unique pin to access the rooms and front door. Also the off-road parking was a bonus.

We stayed in room 2 there was a net curtain but no proper curtains it wasn't a problem to us but might be for others .

Nothing this time we have stayed 5 times last year but will not be staying again . No idea it had changed hands and also that we could no longer park at the property even there was a car park signed posted . We were given no option of parking

I feel very let down with our final stay at this property and the reply when I sent a message it seems they did not care

Location fine. 15 mins wak to centre

Fire alarm went off for 30 minutes. No on site staff to deal with it Poor communication on phone. Kitchenette neither here nor there as really only a microwave.

Housekeeping to replace light bulb not working

Good location for city centre. Clean. Mini fridge in room a bonus.

Bedding has seen better days, worn and 'bobbly' making it rough and uncomfortable. Bedside light not working. Security was an issue as someone managed to enter both the front door and our room using a completely different key code. It transpired they should have been at the sister hotel down the road. Very disconcerting. Staff seemed unconcerned when notified.

The location was great, close enough to the center, but far enough out. Once knowing the code to access the property, that was a real bonus as there were no keys. The room was spacious , good ventilation and the bed was very comfortable. The bedding smelt very clean. The facilities for self Catering were very good and the lounge area was very homely.

The decor was dated and the carpet was old and lumpy in places. Only 2 pillows each that were flat, the duvet was very thin, an additional blanket was available, but if the room had been cold I doubt this would have been enough to keep you warm through the night. The breakfast wasn’t to our taste and we would have not used the self catering area if it had been busy. Larger cups were needed for the tea and coffee in the room, but I found one in the kitchen..
