Kn Hotel Matas Blancas - Solo Adultos

Definitely not a 4 start hotel. Breakfast up to 10:30, however some days we didn’t have the chance to eat any pancakes or other pastries, however there were many other choices and this was tasty, few times dinner was cold but a lot of varieties of food choices and very tasty, room definitely need refurbished and also our balcony door doesn’t close properly and we found cockroaches in the room and this could be the reason. Nice staff very friendly and helpful. Overall nice experience but not totally as expected.

We visited last year. So good, we went back for 2 weeks this year we had the same room, ( I did request this via email) Had an amazing time. The staff are fantastic. Some can't speak English, but that's OK. With the pigeon Spanish we got through. My mission is to learn Spanish this year, so when we go back next year, I'll be able to converse better. Plus Jose at reception has made a deal. No backing out now! Although I think you're safe! 🤣 Seriously, I love this place. The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive. I've had worse food. This place seriously is fantastic. See you next year.

Ladies and Gentlemen, good afternoon. A TOTALLY honest review! I spent a week at this resort in October, and my observations were as follows and I will attempt to dispell any concerns, but make others obvious; 1. Yes, and I hope the hope hotel are reading this. Breakfast, perfect. Dinner, whilst all the food is, you can tell, lovingly prepared and looks great, its not HOT! You have the equipment to make it hot, so do it, please! In 7 days, only 2 of them I ate from what was an amazing looking menu due to the heat! Paella, wedges, etc etc....they need to be hot! 2. Hotel, pools, spa and rooms, immaculate - no issue with cleanliness, room cleans, refreshes whatsoever. 3. Bar/entertainment staff are excellent and attentive. If you say leave me alone, they will. Choice of drinks is great. 4. There is a naturist area on the roof, way out of sight of everyone. If thats not your thing, dont go up there! 5. Due to 4, the hotel may attract an element of people that are presumptious of your staying, you can however tell them you arent interested! 6. The hotel is very much a relaxed, adults only environment, and lets be honest, you are not paying 5 star money, and 3.5-4 is where it is at! Dont complain about that! 7. I met some AMAZING people there, from all walks of life, single, couples and it was an absolute joy. 8. Everything you need is there, provided for and I for one am going back within the next few weeks.

The location of the hotel is a little isolated so if you want to get about I would suggest hiring a car. The hotel was very quiet however it was low season so the hotel wasn’t at capacity. The rooms are dated and the bed wasn’t the comfiest. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had a good flow of water which was always hot. There’s plenty of storage in your room and also a safe which has a daily charge. The pool area is very clean and again was very quiet. The pool snack bar is very limited with a choice of hotdogs, burgers, chips, salads with burger and hotdog buns. The choice of drinks in the hotel are very good. The only downside is the food in the main restaurant. The choices are very repetitive and not very warm so I had to use the microwave to heat it up. One particular night the chocolate cake with cream was still frozen in parts. The staff are absolutely brilliantly throughout the hotel. Would I recommend this hotel to friends and family then unfortunately I’d have to say no which is such a shame as that reflection is down to the food. Just a little more effort on the food side then this would be a excellent hotel to visit.

The hotel is very clean and the receptionist staff are lovely but there is a big downside the food as we cut open some chicken and it was a bit pink and the deserts were frozen and it was cold and the food used for breakfast was reused for dishes in the evening so we went out for some food mamma Mia is good prices and big serving some of the bar staff were amazing at the hotel they were roses and angel at reception made our stay the beach is also one see it is very beautiful

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately the pools were too cold to go in but used the indoor pool. Hotel is let down by its restaurant . The food was warm, poor choice. Flat croissants and Yorkshire puddings. Their idea of an English roast was peppercorn sauce instead of gravy. Came home with gastroenteritis! Definitely not a 4 star!

If you're a single female traveller I would highly recommend that you don't stay at this hotel. My friend and I took a day to work out what was going on, but it's fair to say our intuition/spider senses were tingling a few hours in. It appears to be a solo hotel where lots of people get drunk and hook up. Assuming it's all consensual fine. But, there are a number of men that seem to be prowling day and night to hook up. It's a bombardedment and made us feel very uneasy. Some of the hotel staff appear to facilitate...on a mission to get women drunk. The animation guy is less subtle with his advances. It was like an episode of Open House, but we just wanted to spend some time in the sun relaxing. Instead we felt we had to be rude and standoffish with other guests, avoiding eye contact and turning down invites to get the message across at best and at times a little scared. In a world where we're battling against violence against women and girls the mini mart makes a joke out of this (see picture), this summed up this establishment as a whole. The food is pretty bad, breakfast is the best meal of the day. It's cold and dry.

What a fantastic hotel and all the staff are brilliant especially Aday and the lovely barmen at night times.I went as a solo woman traveller and enjoyed it that much that I extended my stay.I have just returned home and looking at rebooking again this year.Thankyou for all your hard work on making my holiday so enjoyable.

Would like to say a massive thank you to the lovely staff at KN Matas Blancas Hotel. This was my first solo trip and a bit scary at my age, but they totally looked after me and I cant wait to come back, amazing service.❤️
