Dated and dirty hotel . Stains on the carpet Mold round the bath in the poor lit bathroom Sofa bed dirty I opened the fridge that wasn’t switched on and the smell was gross. I woke in the middle of the night cold. This place is dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment.

Dated and dirty. Stains all over the carpet in my room. So cold in the room in the evening too.

Been here 3 times before and always great , however this time , first put the desk staff didn't have a clue about anything , check in was 2pm and had to wait over an hour for our room , room wa Avery dated and in bad repair , bathroom extractor fan very noisy , fridge didn't work , people screaming and shouting down the hallways , even had another guest access our room , all in all I would never go there again

No kettle within the room, floor unhovered. Would only accept cash wotb you put a large deposit down.

Fire alarm went off all night. Hotel didnt do anything about. Do not stay here

Booked the hotel through booking.com and the pictures don’t match the reality of the hotel. First room was on the attic, smelled like garbage, mould and dirt inside the bathroom. Ripped bedding and a tiny window. Return to reception and gave me another room, no apology, just a “ here’s the key for another room, bruv “. The next room a little better but still not good. During the night people shouting/arguing and running around, more than once. Bathroom is a death trap, electric socket exposed, towel rail broken with sharp edges. Toilet paper holder the same, mould, dirt and unfinished bathroom decoration. On check out asked to see someone regarding our stay and was given a card with a email address to write my experience. Emailed and no response. So here are the pictures that shows the true reality of the hotel.

Only good if you're on a budget cos it's cheap but the hotel is meh

Fantastic staff especially the supervisor of the housekeepers, the are oh so polite and attentive. The rooms seem like they need revamping but overal a lovely hotel.

I was treated like an idiot by the young man receptionist who was very unprofessional he wanted a fight with me because I said there was poo stains on bed duvet and scratches on walls wardrobes falling apart shower was awful rust in bathroom PLEASE NEVER STAY HERE

The hotel was disgusting, the bathtub had public hair, the ceiling was damp, the chair in the room was broken, The fan was broken where i nearly cut myself. The hotel does not care about health and safety. When we compliant the manager does not care about anyone complaining and he won't get in touch or neither give you a refund. Do no stay at this hotel, as you will not get a refund after the how disgusting the hotel is to stay
