The room was very untidy and the washroom facility had spiders - water was cold - overall feel severely let down

Dirty smell in the hotel corridor and in the room.. walls are dirty and floor as well. Parking was good. Receptionist was good.

When I arrive the room was not available for check in and they was not clean and there was people waiting for there rooms. There was only one towel for 2 people no kettle in room. Wasn’t the best hotel night

Room needs deep cleaned and also needed to fix broken shower tape.

Staff were rude... Lounge area lovely everywhere else was terrible. Couldn't park in hotel car park or the ones either side got told I will have to go park else where until 11pm at night as thats when there other boxing event finished Lounge area became boxing gym. Seriously unhappy with cleanliness and rudeness of staff on the Friday and Saturday even the security man was rude and unpleasant Stay there at your own risk people You have been warned

Used for a night out was not the best hotel was run down hot water didn’t work on shower and towels were dirty before we used them and iron in my room stained my jacket.. won’t be rushing back in a hurry

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot….. Looks nothing like the photos advertised. The rooms are fillthy - bedding dirty and had hair on the sheets, the shower I couldn’t even bring myself to get into. Curtains and netting need burning. Absolutely shocked with the condition of this

My stay was for business so wasn’t needing luxurious surroundings. Room was a good size and adequately cleaned but could have done with a deeper clean on carpets and walls. Advertised with a restaurant and breakfast avail but no chef meant no food at all.. this was my main problem as not knowing the area didn’t feel ok to go out alone at night to eat. Reception staff pleasant and helpful.

PLEASE READ!!!!! I would not recommend this place one bit, staff where pleasant enough and catered for my needs. The hotel itself is actually disgusting, the corridors stink of cat wee, but rooms are absolutely stinking if smoke, truly shocking and the fact people pay to stay here is just wrong. The phrase I wouldn’t let my dog stay here is over used but this place warrants it. There is pikeys travellers all over the hotel, with their kids jumping in and out of windows and just making you feel really uncomfortable. And the tv was so squint I was actually impressed. Please don’t stay here and use your money wisely elsewhere.
