Ithe room was for newlyweds.I requested for a gift,wine/chocolates/flowers but none was given.No one was answering the phone. Many times we called their diff. contact numbers and no one answered.

Shower flooded the bathroom. Staff solution over the three days we were there was to lay down towels on the floor. Great view. Staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet was ok, like a luxury hotel buffet that has slowly tried to economize over time. Great fire dancer presentation.

It would have been perfect if not for the breakfast buffet, food was not ready at said opening time, food came out one by one and was cold

Overall okay except the condition of property, need renovation

Second time we have stayed, ist time was great, this time however we noticed the general outside condition of the building was looking weathered, needs coat of paint or cleaning, including the glass around pool/ bar area. After taking a seat at outside bar area later in the evening, and realising we weren’t going to be served at table, I approached a male bartender, who seemed annoyed at being disturbed from doing nothing. Breakfast had a good range, but as items ran out, didn’t get replaced. First in first served I guess.

Staff is very polite Property clean although needs some update of property.

Good: Comfortable bed and pillow. Bad: No daily cleaning, air con is so loud and not cool as expect.

The hotel has a lot of potential but wasn't busy and the staff didn't have a sense of excitement. I was disappointed in the personal touch

My family had an awesome experience during our stay and we love the infinity pool with a beautiful view of the Mayon Volcano😊👍❤️
